RICHARD PHIPSON   



Since 2008 I have worked in diverse roles within agencies, as an independent designer, and as a business owner involved in all stages of the Design cycle. From research and insight development to crafting, branding, and consulting.

I established a succesful business in Hong Kong and went on to complete a masters degree in Design Strategies with a focus on research methods, strategic processes, and creative problem-solving.  A subsequent postgraduate degree in Education strengthened my ability to guide teams, communicate clearly, and manage collaborative projects efficiently.

I value collaborative environments and participatory processes. I am a diversely experienced and passionate hands-on designer who enjoys turning research into ideas that challenge convention and move brands beyond the average. I’m future-focused and sustainability conscious with an empathetic approach and a DIY core.
