The conversation began with just that, a discussion.
We spoke together and listened to the language used and stories told. What key words and values surface that can help us at a later stage in the process or where might we need to prod and probe to find clarity for ourselves or between the stakeholders and as we dig into the why of the project we begin to find a wealth of intention, personal values and experiences to help us start the journey.
The first stage in the workshop was aimed at the clients understanding and integration, establishing the brand’s personality, voice and mission statement. The second stage we looked at positioning, customers and values.
