How can we adjust the perception of the tattoo experience in Asia? 

For several years I was the owner of an artistic client service, a tattoo studio in Hong Kong. This role meant working daily with both clients as well as creative individuals, meeting and managing the needs of both. I wanted to make adjustments to the brand perception by using designerly thought to guide the decisions. I used research to sketch out user journey maps of their experience at various touchpoints, business SWOT analysis and other mapping techniques (pictured below).
