Outcomes

The area we evidenced to address was in the experience, and this outworked in three ways.

The first was to relocate the shop and undergo a transformation from a less traditional tattoo space, to a private, high-end, minimal environment and accommodate for bookings only. The second was a visual rebrand to match this direction, and the third was a custom design tool created to assist the creatives in better understanding their customers along with practical insights into creating a healthier experience for both the artists and the clients.

The axes represent the clients intentions and dispositions an the goal for the artist would be to guide the client toward the top right position.


While the tool wasn’t necessarily something that was put into daily use, it served as a great discussion tool and we all had a good time pin pointing where on the graph different clients would sit and learning from each others discussions and opinions.
